TICKET PRICES
Ticket prices includes taxes and a $6.00 service charge (with some exceptions) regardless of purchase method. For performances  presented at Studio 1111 and in cabaret on stage, the service charge is $3.

PARKING
Parking is free when coming to purchase or collect tickets during the day (Entrance 4 – maximum stay 15 minutes), as well as on performance evenings for all ticket holders. Close to 1,000 spaces are available.

Electric vehicles: Charging stations are available for electric vehicles in the Ducas Street parking lot.

GOURMET PARTNERS
For your dinner / show evenings, visit one of our partner restaurants: Bocci CaféLa Brasserie des RapidesKyomi Restaurant et la Rôtisserie Scores LaSalle. Present your ticket and receive the applicable discount. It’s recommended to reserve your table in advance, and remember to show your ticket before ordering.

  • By mail: within one week, a shipping cost of $3 per order will apply (the cost of reprinting tickets is $5 per order).

BAR
The bar area is open one hour before each performance and during intermission. A wide selection of drinks, juices, wines, beers, coffees and snacks are available including locally produced products (subject to availability). Please note that food and drink brought from outside is not permitted.

RADIO FREQUENCY FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED
For the best possible sound, you can use an FM tuner and tune in to 99.9.

SERVICES FEES
Service charge fees cover personalized seat selection, printing of tickets and free parking on performance evenings.

PLACES FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND ASSISTANCE
Places are reserved for people with reduced mobility in Salle Jean-Grimaldi. Please contact Théâtre Desjardins’ box office at 514 367-6373 to reserve your tickets and notify the purchasing staff accordingly.

NEW : The Companion Leisure Card (CAL) is now available at Théâtre Desjardins. This card enables you to obtain a free ticket for your companion. To obtain a card, visit carteloisir.ca.

ACCESSIBILITY
An elevator is available to access the hall. Reception staff are available to guide audience members.

TICKET RESALES AND FRAUD
We encourage you to be vigilant regarding the phenomenon of ticket resale. Ticket resales are prohibited. If a ticket is purchased on a website other than Théâtre Desjardins, there is a risk the ticket will be canceled because the website is unauthorized.
Théâtre Desjardins is not responsible for tickets purchases for resale from individuals or on platforms. Théâtre Desjardins is not responsible for tickets purchased for resale from individuals or on platforms other than our box office (TUXEDO).

SHOWS CONDITIONS
In the event of arriving later than the start time indicated on the ticket, the availability of numbered seats will no longer be guaranteed. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time in places designated by staff according to the seats available. Management reserves the right to refuse access to an event, or to evict any person whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate. It is forbidden to photograph, film, record or use a cellular phone during a performance.

In the event of a change in venue configuration, your seats may be modified without notice. Ticket holders will receive new tickets.

STUDENTS
Student rates are available for most of our shows. Students must be 13 years of age or older to qualify for this rate. For online purchases, please present a valid student card in the name of the ticket holder at the time of admission. For in-person purchases, please present a valid student card in the name of the ticket holder at the time of purchase.

Groups of 15 or more receive discounts on the regular ticket price, and admission is free for accompanying persons (with some exceptions). Exclusive performances for groups of more than 500 are available. Contact our box office at 514 367-6373 (Ext. 1) to learn more.

Exchanges and refunds

Refunds will not be granted unless the performance is canceled by Théâtre Desjardins. Tickets are exchangeable – for a fee – up to 30 days before the performance. Tickets will be canceled if reported lost or stolen.


– Refunds will not be granted, except in instances when performances are canceled by either Théâtre Desjardins or the event’s promoter. In these cases, a full refund (excluding postage costs) will be issued. Customers must carefully verify the title of the event, its date and ticket category BEFORE completing the purchase. Performances, casts, dates and times are subject to change without notice. If events are canceled or postponed by the producer, lessee, artist or broadcaster, Théâtre Desjardins will attempt to contact customers to inform them of the policies in effect.

Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 30 days before an event, for a fee of $5.00 per ticket. When events are moved to a later date by Théâtre Desjardins, customers can exchange their ticket within 30 days of the event’s new date at no charge. Changing seats for the same event no later than 24 hours before the performance is permitted.

– Gift card purchases are final and no refund will be granted once the transaction has been completed. Gift cards have no expiration date and are valid for as long as they have a balance.

An event’s promoter and / or Théâtre Desjardins may occasionally offer rebates or discounts on certain ticket categories. These rebates or discounts may apply to one or more purchase methods. They are generally time sensitive and cannot be applied to purchases that were made before the rebate or discount offer.

The conditions of sale govern all ticket purchases for performances or events presented by Théâtre Desjardins or an event’s promoter. The transaction must be made with Théâtre Desjardins either through its online ticketing service, in person or by telephone. Tickets that are bought or sold on resale websites may not be valid for the event. Tickets will be deemed to be invalid as soon as Théâtre Desjardins has reasonable grounds to believe those tickets have been falsified or that information contained therein has been altered, or as soon as those tickets become the subject of a sworn complaint to the police, indicating the tickets were stolen. Théâtre Desjardins reserves the right to deny access to anyone holding a stolen, falsified or non-compliant ticket. Théâtre Desjardins and / or the event’s promoter reserve the right to cancel, at their discretion and without notice, ticket purchases that they suspect have circumvented the various conditions of sale. By purchasing a ticket from Théâtre Desjardins’ box office or from its website, customers are deemed to have accepted these conditions of sale.

Conditions of sale

Ticket prices are set by the event’s promoter and / or Théâtre Desjardins and are in Canadian dollars. Prices shown include service charges. The service charges are calculated as follows:

Tickets that are priced between 0 $ and 20 $ (before taxes): $3.00 service charge per ticket.

Tickets that are priced from $20.01 and higher (before taxes): $6.00 service charge per ticket.

Tickets for events that are presented in cabaret format: $3.00 service charge per ticket.

Tickets for school performances: No service charge.

Tickets for movie performances: No service charge.

Tickets for events that are presented by an event promoter and are priced between $0.00 to $20.00 (before taxes): $3.00 service charge per ticket.

Tickets for events that are presented by an event promoter and are priced from $20.01 and higher (before taxes): $4.00 service charge per ticket.

In the event of customers losing, or forgetting to bring, a performance ticket, Théâtre Desjardins’ box office may, after conducting certain customary checks, issue a duplicate ticket. A $5.00 fee per order is applicable for reprinting lost or forgotten tickets. Théâtre Desjardins members receive the first reprint at no charge, while a $5.00 fee per order applies for subsequent reprints.

Théâtre Desjardins allows the purchase of a maximum of eight tickets per customer (excluding groups) for any individual performance. However, Théâtre Desjardins or the event’s promoter may impose a lower limit.

Online purchases must be made using either a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Debit cards are only accepted when the transaction is made at Théâtre Desjardins’ box office. Box office sales can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or cash.

 

Group purchasing policy:

Once 14 tickets are purchased, the 15th ticket is free. The first 14 tickets are offered at the member rate.

Théâtre Desjardins does not accept any responsibility if it is impossible for Théâtre Desjardins or a customer to make a reservation or a transaction due to a breakdown or error in the computer system at the box office, on the Internet, in the telephone network or any other ticket sales network. Additionally, Théâtre Desjardins is not responsible for the cancellation or postponement of an event due to the absence of an artist, a demonstration, a pandemic, a fire, a natural disaster, or any other force majeure event.

Ticket delivery

Fees may be charged for ticket delivery and are determined as follows:

  • Electronic tickets: no delivery fees.
  • Tickets collected at the box office: no delivery fees.
  • Mailed tickets: $3.00 delivery fee per order.
  • Mailed tickets for Théâtre Desjardins members: no delivery fees.
  • Mailed tickets take at least 10 business days to be received.

Only the holder of the credit card that was used to make the ticket purchase can collect their tickets at Théâtre Desjardins’ box office. Tickets can be collected as soon as the purchase is completed, until the day of the event, upon presentation of the credit card that was used to make the purchase and a piece of identification. Postage costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, latecomers or those who temporarily leave the performance hall during an event will be directed to the nearest seat at the appropriate time.

Tickets belonging to latecomers or those who leave the hall during a performance cannot be exchanged or refunded, and there is no monetary compensation.

Persons with reduced mobility must contact Théâtre Desjardins’ box office to purchase tickets in designated areas.

Recording sounds or images by means of a mobile, electronic device or any other device is strictly prohibited during the performance.

Cellular phones and all other electronic devices must be turned off during performances in the hall.

The ticket purchaser and / or its holder agrees to abide by any other policy or guideline, in particular with regards to safety and decorum, and not disrupt the event in any way whatsoever. In the event of non-compliance, Théâtre Desjardins reserves the right to require the offending party to exit the hall. The latter’s ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no financial compensation.

In case of a discrepancy between the Théâtre Desjardins website and any other communication tool, whether printed or digital, the website takes precedence.
